A nice fillet mignon recipe to try !
INGREDIENTS
- 1/4 c. soft bread crumbs
- 1/4 c. evaporated milk
- 1 tbsp. onion, chopped fine
- 1 1/4 lb. ground beef
- 2 tbsp. ketchup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Soak bread crumbs in milk until soft. Add remaining ingredients except bacon and mix thoroughly. Shape into 8 patties about 3 inch in diameter. Wrap each with a slice of bacon around sides. Fasten with several toothpicks.
Heat ungreased frying pan over medium heat for 3 minutes; reduce heat to low. Place patties in pan brown on both sides. Remove and place in baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes until bacon is crisp. The fillet mignon recipe is ready to serve !
