FILLET MIGNON ROAST

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 c. wine (dry)
  • 1 can Aujur gravy
  • Garlic salt
  • Onions, chopped fine
  • Whole roast
  • Red potatoes

INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 550 degrees. Put meat in roasting pan with lid.
Pour wine over meat. Cut up potatoes and arrange around meat.
Sprinkle meat and potatoes with garlic salt and onion. Coverwith lid and put in preheated oven. Bake 20 minutes and turn oven off. Do not open door for 2 hours. After 2 hours, take meat and potatoes out and pour in gravy and stir. The fillet mignon is ready to serve...enjoy it !
